Get ready to embark on an unBELLievable journey this Christmas with our Santa Tickets! Our Christmas experience will be smaller than our past Christmas events however, they will be equally magical.
What’s Included:
Meet Santa: Upon arrival, experience the excitement of meeting Santa Claus in the Santa Express! Santa will read a story to your group of 15 children. Share your Christmas wishes and questions, The elf will capture the magic of the moment with photographs taken on your mobile phones ensuring families can cherish the unique experience for years to come and your child will receive a thoughtful gift before heading out onto the small trail looking for clues given by Santa.
Festive Trail: Follow the twinkly lights and clues towards Santa’s Village where you will find small Christmas themed huts.
Hot Coco: Warm up with complimentary childs hot coco back at the cafe with whippy cream and marshmallows. Adults and other drinks can be purchased separately.

Designed specifically for children with special educational needs, these tickets offer an inclusive experience that ensures every child can enjoy the joy of meeting Santa Claus in a welcoming and understanding environment.

Experience: Our Santa sessions cater to children with various needs, providing a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Staff are dedicated to making each visit comfortable and enjoyable, ensuring all children feel at ease.
Sensory-Friendly Environment: We know that the holiday season can be overwhelming. Our sessions are designed to be sensory-friendly, featuring minimal soft sounds, and quiet spaces, allowing children to interact with Santa at their own pace with a smaller group of only 8 children in a group session.
Timing: Choose from various time slots to accommodate your family’s schedule. We understand that routine is important, and we aim to make your visit stress-free.
Personalised Interaction: Each child will have the opportunity to engage with Santa in a special way through storytelling, sharing wishes and simply enjoying a moment of connection.
Memorable: Capture the magic of the moment with photographs taken by elves on mobile phones, ensuring families can cherish the unique experience for years to come.
Inclusive & Accessible: Our venue is accessible, and special arrangements can be made for any additional needs that may arise.
All Children tickets include a thoughtful gift from Santa, opportunity to walk around the trail and the children receive a hot chocolate. All carers will go free however will need to supply evidence of the DLA or EHCP related to the person/s who require the assistance along with any adaptations or adjustments they may need.
