Meet Santa: Upon arrival, experience the excitement of meeting Santa Claus in the Santa Express! Santa will read a story to your group of 15 children. Share your Christmas wishes and questions, The elf will capture the magic of the moment with photographs taken on your mobile phones ensuring families can cherish the unique experience for years to come and your child will receive a thoughtful gift before heading out onto the small trail looking for clues given by Santa.

Hot Coco: Warm up with complimentary childs hot coco back at the cafe with whippy cream and marshmallows. Adults and other drinks can be purchased separately.

Experience: Our Santa sessions cater to children with various needs, providing a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Staff are dedicated to making each visit comfortable and enjoyable, ensuring all children feel at ease.

Sensory-Friendly Environment: We know that the holiday season can be overwhelming. Our sessions are designed to be sensory-friendly, featuring minimal soft sounds, and quiet spaces, allowing children to interact with Santa at their own pace with a smaller group of only 8 children in a group session.

Timing: Choose from various time slots to accommodate your family’s schedule. We understand that routine is important, and we aim to make your visit stress-free.

Personalised Interaction: Each child will have the opportunity to engage with Santa in a special way through storytelling, sharing wishes and simply enjoying a moment of connection.

Memorable: Capture the magic of the moment with photographs taken by elves on mobile phones, ensuring families can cherish the unique experience for years to come.

Inclusive & Accessible: Our venue is accessible, and special arrangements can be made for any additional needs that may arise.

• Tickets are £13.50 per child (for children from 1 years old upwards (for those who believe in Santa) and £4 per adults.
• Maximum of 2 adults are allowed in the Santa Express per child.
• Additional children £7 (up to 16 years old) and adults £4 are allowed on the trail and into the park with purchased Santa Tickets. (These tickets do not including entry into the Santa Express).
• Each session with Santa will run for 20 minutes with up to 15 children per session.
• Ticket times are the times that you will see Santa.
• We ask that you are ready promptly in the Santa Line a few minutes before your starting time. Unfortunately we are unable to delay sessions if you are running late so please don’t miss your time slot.
• You will have early access to the park to use all the facilities onsite including the soft play, garden and play area and cafe serving hot and cold drinks as well as serving hot snacks and food.
• Each child receives the same gift.
