Fun on The Fairwood Express

Our beautiful vintage railway carriage is the perfect party venue. Step on board The Fairwood Express for a fun, memorable and unique birthday celebration which includes full use of our play facilities – Mini Golf, Fairwood Firest outdoor play, Splash Tunnel (when weather allows!) and Soft Play. The Fairwood Lakes team is always on hand to help supervise the celebrations.

We offer 2-hour party time slots of 3-5pm on a Saturday, and 2-4pm on a Sunday. Unfortunately we are unable to offer parties in our peak times and during school holidays.

You are welcome to bring your own balloons, banners and even organise your own party entertainer to make the space truly special for your child. Please talk to us about how we can help with a birthday cake and goody bags. We love to get creative!

Please also note the soft play is not for exclusive hire during the party times.

Prices and Menus

Party bookings are available for members and non-members, with a 10% discount in place if you have a membership at Fairwood Lakes.

At £12 per head for 10 children, this price includes our choice of menus, hire of The Fairwood Express, use of our outdoor play areas and indoor soft play.

You are welcome to bring your own games, hire an entertainer or decorate the train to your style.

We have a selection of menus for parties:

Menu Option 1

‘Hot selection’

Pasta with tomato and hidden vegetable sauce and cheese.

This includes vegetable sticks: carrots, cucumber and pepper sticks

and

Pudding: red and green grapes and oranges

selection of crisps

Jugs of squash and water supplied too.

Menu Option 2

‘Cold selection’

Selection of sandwiches: cheese, ham and jam

Includes vegetable sticks: carrots, cucumber and pepper sticks

and

Pudding: red and green grapes and oranges

selection of crisps

Jugs of squash and water supplied too.
