Day Visitor / Membership Rules

• Children are required to be supervised at all times.
• Any day visitors/members must sign in at the cafe and purchase (or show a purchased) entry pass for their children if they are to use the children’s facilities.
• In no circumstances do we allow day guests to consume their own food onsite.
• Entry to the park with a day entry ticket or Annual membership only.
• We have many species of wildlife onsite and we ask that you respect all wildlife.
• Smoking is forbidden in the soft play and play arena. Please ask a member of staff where the designated smoking areas are.
• You will be responsible for all damage that you have incurred during your visit.
• All visitors must comply with the site speed limit of 5 mph
• You must comply with decent standards of behavior during your visit to the park and must show consideration for all other persons in the park.
• All dogs must be on the leads at all times and are only allowed on the patio areas. Dogs are not allowed in the woods area, grass, splash tunnel, train, soft play and cafe.
• Annual membership is specific to the named person and is not transferable for any reason.
• Fairwood Lakes reserves the right to withdraw an annual membership or refuse renewal of membership at any time.
