Festive Treat Trail

Santa and his elves are cooking up a truly magical Christmas at Fairwood Lakes with a new Festive Treat Trail and Grotto. This year, a fun baking theme will take you and your family on a special journey that unfolds as follows:

  • Start the trail at Mrs Claus’s Carriage Kitchen where the culinary Christmas magic begins.
  • You and your loved ones will learn the story of Lapland’s Wonderous Wooden Spoon – Woody.
  • Venture along our illuminated lakeside trail spotting all the goodies along the way.

The ultimate treat awaits further along the trail in our winter woodland where Santa will greet you with the warmest welcome, a flurry of magic, and a personalised visit inside his enchanting Grotto. Every child will receive a thoughtful baking-themed gift and a magic spoon from Santa.

Continue along the Festive Treat Trail for merry adventures in the cute and cosy Elves’ Gingerbread Village where our wooden tree huts will be deliciously decked.

New Ice Skating Rink

Get your skates on for some winter wonderland fun at Fairwood Lakes. We are so excited to be unveiling our new ice skating rink for Christmas 2022! Suitable for all ages and abilities, you can glide like a pro and practice the perfect pirouette, or simply give it a go if you have never tried before. Ice skating is an additional £4 for 10 minutes. If you have annual membership, you and your family can enjoy half price skating during your visit to Santa’s Grotto. Tickets for our new ice skating rink are not bookable in advance – please purchase on the day of your visit.

Wrap up your Fairwood festive fun back at our play park for indoor soft play and outdoor play in the Fairwood Forest. Our cafe will be serving a range of food and drink to keep you warm and refuelled.
